The day before we went home, we drove to White Sands, NM to spend the day. It is such an amazing site to see! It is still an active missile testing range. On of the boys favorite parts was all the air force jets flying around.
Claire loved playing in the sand, but she constantly tried to eat it! Yes, she actually pooped sand for a couple days afterward.
We all loved sledding on the sand hills!
Climbing back to the top was the hard part!!!!
The kids also loved playing in the water. The water was really warm....too warm!!!
Claire laughed the whole way down!!
To say that we all had sand EVERYWHERE was an understatement!
